Pontoon boat rental is required for July & August weeks.

May 31-June 27th:  $2975 per week

June 28th-Aug 2nd:  $3850 per week + $1000 per week boat rental

Aug. 23-Sept.30th:  $2975 per week

20% discount on 30 day reservations

​

​

Additional fees are $200 cleaning fee.

Pets considered $150 fee

Notes:

  • Cleaning fee: $200

  • Pets considered/ fee $150

  • $500 refundable damage deposit. 

  • 50% of Payment and deposit is due at booking. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival date.

Cancellation policy:

20 days prior to arrival 100% refundable less a $250 cancellation fee.
